We’ll ask for your contact details, item descriptions (including images or links if possible), your preferred timeframe, and your maximum budget (excluding delivery).

After reviewing your request, we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
If accepted, a non-refundable sourcing fee applies:

• £5 per item for standard sourcing (over 4 weeks)
• £15 per item for urgent sourcing (2–4 weeks)

This fee will be deducted from your final quote, and a small 5% service fee will be added to cover handling and supplier coordination. If you’re not happy with the final quotation, the sourcing fee will remain non-refundable, but we’ll appreciate the opportunity to assist.

Once the fee is paid, we’ll begin sourcing your items and issue a final quotation to approve.
Delivery times depend on couriers and customs in the source country.
